    Favorite pro ana tips?

    Let's start a list of our favorite tips. I'll go first with a few of my favorite tips.


    1. Eat on dark colored salad plates.
    2. Drink a full bottle of water at every meal.
    3. Never eat anything bigger than a cup, because your stomach will expand.

    lol when I was asked what color table cloth to use, I purposely said dark blue just because of the study that it suppresses appetite.

    Here's some I like:

    1) If you're craving something really bad, only take 3 bites and seriously savor them. Usually after 3 bites, the cravings go away.

    2) Don't eat anything white. Most white things like bread and pasta are highly refined, and don't carry much nutrients. I made exceptions, like to water chestnuts and mushrooms.

    3) aim for 8+ hours of sleep

    4) Stay hydrated! (usually followed by a "drink 1-2 cups of water before every meal")

    6) It takes the body 20 minutes to register that it got food. If you're contemplating on eating more, wait at least 20 minutes before you eat so you don't over eat.

    7) eat until 8/10ths full

    2. Pick one food a die, divide it into 3 parts and eat one part as each meal
    3. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you get hungry
    4. Look at pictures of yourself when you want to eat.

    Eating in front of the mirror works, too. I've stopped binges that way a couple times.

    1. Weigh your food. One portion is usually more than enough.
    2. Eat at set times. If you miss the time then oops you can't eat.

    Eat  in front of a mirror naked (betcha you won't even do that one) 
    Spend time looking at pro ana websites 
    Workout at least an hour 6 days a week
    Don't ever tell anyone you think your fat 
    If you are forced to eat with people bring a colored cup or water bottle with your and spit food in the cup or water bottle and make it look like you wear taking sip of your drink 
    Ways to dispose food
    Throw  in the trash (be careful cuz someone who will use it might see it)
    Flush it down toilet
    Throw it in a bush 
    I put it in a backpack I never use

    YES! People freak the fuck out on me when I say I'm fat, so it's so much better to not even go there, if possible.

    And I second what someone else said, about not eating more than a cup. That helps so much to control my appetite.

    Get to know your dishes!!! If you know your bowls hold exactly one cup, for example, it's much more simple and discreet to measure out food. The only downside to this is that it's not down-to-the-gram exact.

    Drink a big cup of hot tea before meals. 
    Then, make another cup of tea while you prepare your food. After you eat, your second cup of tea will be cool enough to drink, and you won't want seconds of food. 
    When you want to eat, sit down and write about why you want to be thin, instead. I tear these up so my family doesn't find them, but if you have a safe hiding place you could keep them.
